Here is a source from one of my soy-free clients named Heidi.  She wrote:

I found a organic, vegan, soy-free dark chocolate. The bar I bought was an "Organic Nectars"  54% cacao "Raw cacao bar". They made several varieties. The bar is small (1.4 oz)  and cost $5. Ingredients are : 54% raw cacao (raw cacao nibs, raw cacao butter), Organic Nectars org PalmSweet(tm)(This is their proprietary granulated coconut sugar), org Madagascar vanilla, non GMO sunflower lecithin.

She purchased the bars at Whole Foods.

I found a new brand of soy-free chocolate at the 99 cent store yesterday:  Falize Chocolates de France, Dark Chocolate 74% cocoa, net weight 3.52 oz (100 g).  The label specifically says it used sunflower lecithin (not soy lecithin).
