Check the packaging, but it is often possible to find rice-free and gluten-free noodles made from mung beans (bean thread noodles) or sweet potatoes.  Sometimes either of these can be called cellophane or glass noodles.  They are a traditional part of Asian cuisine.

You can also make your own rice-free and gluten-free soba noodles from buckwheat flour:

So enjoying learning all these new things--but taking it one day at a time and not trying to change everything at once so things are not so over whelming.
