That is my user name here.
I was diagnosed with RA back in 2000 and at that time I had no communication with anyone.  There were no groups that even the AF could get me to.  There was so much I had to change and adapt my life.  Now I am taking Humira with some muscle relaxers and pain meds to keep me going.  But I still have difficulties and want to gain a life back.  I started a Support group called C.O.P.E. "A" (Connection and Outreach for People Enduring "Arthritis") in my area and on FB to help others to connect and get information to help them take control.  I like to look up info on the internet and inform them in order that they can gain knowledge about their condition.

I enjoyed reading your book "Conquering Arthritis" and have referred it to the group to read.  I am interested in using your suggestions on making changes in my life by what I eat.  I know it will take time, commitment and effort on my part.  At least with the help you give and other things I have worked with there is much support.  I am planning on taking the ALCAT Test and I just sent a message to your one site about the insurance info and I am sure the e-mail will come in soon.

Well that is enough for now.
