Check the packaging, but it is often possible to find gluten-free noodles made from mung beans (bean thread noodles) or sweet potatoes.  Sometimes either of these can be called cellophane or glass noodles.  They are a traditional part of Asian cuisine.

You can also make your own gluten-free soba noodles from buckwheat flour:
