If you just got your ALCAT test results and would like to partner with someone else who is in the same situation, so that you can support each other in finding a diet that works and products that work, post an inquiry here.

I had gotten my ALCAT blood test back and am working on changing my way of eating.  Everything takes time since this is a whole new way from what I use to do.  I was surprised at what I actually can eat, the list is pretty long.  It takes the pain out of guessing and takes me right into getting the proper foods to help me through.

I got a Cuisinart bread maker with a gluten free button on it, that will make it a little more easier for me.

Thank you Barbara for all that you are doing for all of us, keep up the good work!!  Bless you!

I have just received my Alcat test results.  Wow, the list is entirely different from what I thought.  This weekend I am going to set up a plan to change my diet to avoid the sensitive food items.  It is going to be a long journey but I am prepared.
