Remember that not everyone who has food sensitivities has these or any of the other reactions mentioned in this section.  The way to test for these reactions is the same way one tests for any food sensitivity reaction: elimination and then reintroduction.  When pollen or other air-born allergens are involved, elimination might take the form of removal of all dust, dander and/or pollen from your home and the wearing of a mask designed to filter out dust and other air-born allergens when outside of your home.
