ALCAT test ouitside the USA

I thought I'd just post this question, how do you go about ALCAT testing if you live outside the USA. I contacted someone who used to do it here, in the UK, but dont do it anymore. I may broach the question to my doctor to see if they will cover the cost. But I have not had any luck, I may well phone the ALCAT people in the USA. But I cant see how you can get a blood sample over to the US in 48 hours.

Is there any similar alternative, I wonder?

That's a great question and I hope you are able to get it done. I don't know the answer. After talking to Barbara and analyzing all the diet success stories it dawned on me why I was so confused as to why some people healed with a certain diet and some didn't. It's because each of us has our own set of food allergies and there's no general diet that works for everyone. In addition you hear of some healing themselves temporarily only to have the symptoms come back. Most of the time it's because they are eating the same foods everyday and they build up sensitivity to those foods.

If you can get the ALCAT test, shoot for 100% symptom free results. It can be done. I hope I can do it. Barbara sent me a link to Terry Wahl's story. Utterly amazing. Please google her and watch her Tedtalk video.

Thanks, not sure what to do at the moment about it, thanks for the link, I had a quick look over Terry Wahls site, is she pro veg, berries,fruits, meat proteins and anti-grains and starches and sugars?
